General Provisions

Ethical responsibilities of authors

  • Ensure reliability of data and correctness of results.

  • Report any errors found after publication.

Ethical responsibilities of the editorial board

  • Ensure objectivity and transparency of the editorial process.
  • Make decisions on publication solely on the basis of the scientific value of the work.
  • Maintain confidentiality of submitted materials until publication.
  • Avoid conflicts of interest in reviewing and publishing.

Ethical responsibilities of reviewers

  • Conduct an objective and reasoned assessment of the article.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the materials received.
  • Notify the editors of any conflicts of interest.
  • Do not use the information received for personal purposes.

Conflict of interest

All participants in the publication process have a responsibility to disclose potential conflicts of interest that may influence the results or interpretation of the reported work.

Unfair practices

The editors reserve the right to reject or retract a publication if they discover:

  • Plagiarism
  • Falsification of data
  • Multiple submission of the same work
  • Violation of third party rights
