Requirements for materials submitted to the editorial board of the journal "Vestnik Gosfilmofond Rossii"
Form of presentation of materials
Materials are submitted in electronic form.
Text format and design
The text is typed in a text editor (Microsoft Word, OpenOffice Text, LibreOffice or similar) and saved in .docx or .doc format (file name is the author's last name, for example, Sergeev.docx), A4 format, Times New Roman Cyr font, 12 font size, 1 interval, no hyphenation, left alignment. Margins: top and bottom 2 cm, left and right 2.5 cm.
Paragraph indents
Paragraph indentation is set automatically (Format ^ Paragraph ^ First line - indent 1 cm). Do not use multiple spaces or tabs to create a paragraph indent.
Pagination
Page numbers are placed at the bottom, starting from the first page.
Selecting text
The following are acceptable for highlighting in the text: bold and italic writing, underlining, and also using any one color. It is recommended to highlight examples in italic, and new terms and concepts in bold font.
Prohibition of the use of capital letters and letter spacing
When typing text (including headings), do not use such highlights as CAPITAL LETTERS and s p a c e d letters.
Design of footnotes
Footnotes should be given in continuous digital numbering at the bottom of the page.
Design of the bibliography
The list of references is given at the end of the text of the article and is formatted in alphabetical order according to the following template:
Literature
- Fomin V.I. Deryabin A.S. Cinema at War. Documents and Testimonies. – M.: Materik, 2005. – 941 p.
- Yutkevich S. Cinema is the truth 24 frames per second. – M.: Art, 1974. – 328 p.
Bibliographic references in the text are formatted in square brackets [source number in the list: page numbers], for example, [2: 67-68].
When preparing bibliography, it is recommended to take into account GOST requirements.
Transcription of reference literature
The list of references must also be transcribed into Latin script.
Author's details
In the upper left corner, indicate the author’s surname and initials in Cyrillic and Latin, e-mail, academic degree, position and place of work, city and country according to the following example.

On the last page you should indicate the author’s full last name, first name, patronymic, and contact telephone number.
Key words and abstract
The article is accompanied by lists of keywords (5 units each) and annotations (approximately 1000 characters with spaces) in Russian and English.
Photo by the author
A photograph of each author is sent as a separate file in .tiff or .jpg format. Size: no less than 600x800 pixels or 55 mm x 65 mm at a resolution of 300 dpi, provided that the face in the photograph occupies no less than 2/3 of the area, i.e. the photograph must be a portrait.
Photos in .doc, .docx, rtf formats (i.e. photos inserted into text documents), as well as scanned or composite photos are not accepted. If the author does not submit his photo, his article is automatically transferred.
Illustrative material
It is desirable to attach illustrative material to the text (files in .jpg, .tiff, .gif, .png formats). Recommended parameters for photographs: resolution – 300 dpi, proportions – 3x4, 4x3. Illustration captions are required! The editors reserve the right to change the size of illustrations during pre-publication preparation for publication, add, replace and/or exclude illustrations from the publication for technical and other reasons.
Volume of materials
Volume of materials: scientific, popular science articles – up to 40,000 characters (8-10 A4 pages), cultural and educational articles – 20,000 characters (5-7 A4 pages). The volume of materials that are not articles is determined by agreement with the editorial board.
Originality and publication
Only original materials that have not previously been published in other publications are accepted, unless otherwise agreed with the editors.
The editors do not return submitted manuscripts. The editors reserve the right to determine the urgency and order of publication of articles.
Publication of scientific materials is free of charge.
All materials published in the journal "Vestnik Gosfilmofond Rossii" are protected by the Law of the Russian Federation on Copyright and Related Rights. By submitting material for possible publication, the author declares the absence of a conflict of interest and violation of copyright and related rights of third parties.
