Abstract: The article focuses on the restoration of the Soviet fairy-tale film «The Little Humpbacked Horse» (Konyok-Gorbunok, 1941) directed by Alexander Rou, one of the first color films in Soviet cinema history. It explores the unique two-color «bipack» technology used during production. Special attention is given to the restoration process, including digitization, color correction, and sound recovery stages.
